By making your bed, in the morning, you are doing something now instead of later which needs to be done anyway. Getting a proper night's sleep is not always easy but this tip, to start your day off, will help you to remain physically comfortable and have a more restful sleep throughout the night. After a long and fruitful work day you will have a pleasurable experience of having an already made bed, sliding into crisp sheets, putting your head onto a fluffed pillow and having a comforter which is straight and flat instead of bundled up and lumpy. 3.) Visit The Ocean - Of course we cannot all visit the ocean every day unless we live at the ocean so get there when you can and make the most of it.
