Ahnfeltia Concinna Extract - The extract from this Red Marine Algae goes to work to soothe the skin. It is a powerful antioxidant and a pleasant feeling emollient.  EWG safety rating is 1

Alaria Esculenta Extract - This type of nutrient-rich seaweed, has many proven anti-aging and firming properties.  It grows mainly in the Northern Atlantic and is known for its long, golden-brown fronds, and its unique ability to withstand harsh waves.  The extract from this brown algae offers important anti-aging benefits including an increase in skin firmness and elasticity.  EWG safety rating is 1

Alaria Esculenta Sea Kelp

Allantoin - Our allantoin comes from the comfrey herb.  Allantoin is a skin-conditioning agent and encourages skin cell regeneration  EWG safety rating = 1

Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice - Aloe is extracted from the succulent leaves of the aloe plant, Aloe barbadensis.  It provides deep moisturization plus it is loaded with skin-loving vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and anti-inflammatory components such as salicylic acid.   EWG safety rating is 1

Arctic Peptides - Extract from Irish moss algae.  This natural extract helps to soften skin. EWG safety rating is 1

Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter) - Shea Butter is a skin-conditioning agent and viscosity (thickness) increasing ingredient.  It is made of vegetable fat obtained from the fruit of a tree native to Africa, Butyrospermum parkii. Shea butter is primarily composed of fatty acids such as stearic and oleic acids.  EWG safety rating is 1

Butylene Glycol -  A small molecule of organic alcohol used as a solvent and conditioning agent.  EWG safety rating is 1

Caesalpinia Spinosa Extract - A natural skin emollient derived from the endosperm of the Caesalpinia Spinosa tree. EWG safety rating is 1

Camellia sinensis (Green Tea extract) - Green Tea is naturally rich in antioxidants, and has a powerful cell-protecting function. It's a strong antioxidant that protects the skin from the damaging effect of free radicals.  Green Tea also serves as an emollient, antimicrobial, and humectant in SeaQuarius skincare. EWG safety rating is 2

Cetearyl glucoside - is a surfactant (skin cleanser) and emulsifier produced from the inner coconut. EWG safety rating is 1

Cetearyl Olivate - A skin softener composed of Cetearyl alcohol and fatty acids which are derived from olive oil.  EWG safety rating is 1

Chlorella vulgaris extract - This nutrient-rich freshwater algae has been shown to increase skin's firmness, and improve the synthesis of collagen within the skin.  EWG safety rating is 1

Chondrus Crispus Extract - Also known as "Irish Moss.  This "Red Seaweed" extract acts as a skin softener, formula thickener, and emulsifier.  EWG safety rating of 1

Citrus Aurentium Amara (Bitter Orange) - This evergreen tree grows up to 30 feet in height and has long, leathery, dark green leaves and scented white flowers. Adds a natural, subtle scent in SeaQuarius Skincare. EWG safety rating is 2

Citrus Aurantifolia - Essential oil from the key lime. A natural component which adds a pleasant aroma in our skincare.    EWG safety rating is 3 for high concentration. Completely safe, when used in low-levels, as in SeaQuarius Skincare.

Citrus paradisi (Grapefruit) - A natural extracted oil which adds a pleasant aroma in SeaQuarius Skincare.  EWG safety rating is 1

Decyl Glucoside - Ours is from coconut oil and corn sugar.  It is a natural mild cleanser that produces a gentle, foamy lather -- perfect for sensitive skin.  EWG safety rating is 1

Enteromorpha compressa Extract - A natural extract from the Enteromorpha compressa species of green algae.  It contains vitamins, antioxidants, and nutrients that support a healthy glowing complexion.  It can help reduce premature aging, hydrate skin, and help to even tone and skin texture.  EWG safety rating is 1

Fructose - a sugar which occurs naturally in fruit. EWG safety rating is 1

Fucus Serratus Extract - A natural component of sea algae.  Soothes and moisturizes the skin.  EWG safety rating is 1

Sodium Hyaluronate (Hyaluronic  Acid) -  A substance that is naturally present in the human body. It is found in our skin and in fluids in the eyes and joints. The hyaluronic acid used in SeaQuarius skincare is made, in the laboratory,  by specially selected bacteria.  EWG safety rating is 1

Hydrolyzed rice bran protein - A skin conditioning agent.  EWG safety rating is 2

Hydroxyethyl Cellulose - A modified cellulose polymer; used as a gelling and thickening agent.  EWG safety rating is 1

Isotonic Seawater (Maris Aqua) - The prefix "iso" means equal. In medicine, a fluid is said to be isotonic when it has the same molecular concentration as blood plasma. In the case of seawater in SeaQuarius Skincare, this is equal to 9 parts per thousand of pure water. Our isotonic concentration contains about a third of the salt content of the water in the ocean. EWG safety rating is 1

Jojoba Seed Oil - is extracted from seeds of the desert shrub, Simmondsia Chinensis, native to California,  Arizona, and Mexico.  EWG safety rating is 1

Laminaria algae extract - A large brown seaweed known as kelp produces this SeaQuarius skincare extract. This kelp retains and binds water in its tissue, much like our epidermis holds water, and even during low tide, it stays plump and moisturized.  These properties are transferred to our skin.  The water-binders are a combination of sugars, minerals, and amino acids.  EWG safety rating is 1

Lauric Acid - A naturally occurring fatty acid derived from coconut oil.  EWG safety rating is 1

L- ergothioneine - A naturally occurring amino acid which conserves and maintains the levels of antioxidants such as vitamin E in skincare formulas.  EWG safety rating is 1

Leuconostoc (Radish Root Ferment) - Acts as a natural anti-bacterial compound to help prevent contamination of skincare formulas.  EWG safety rating is 1

Lithothamnium Algae Extract A calcareous alga consisting of 95% mineral substance which helps to strengthen skin tissues.  EWG safety rating is 1

Lonicera japonica - Extract from the HoneySuckle flower with anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties.  EWG safety rating is 1

Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) - A hybrid mint: a cross between watermint and spearmint. EWG safety rating is 1

Micronized Silver - A metallic element used as an anti-bacterial ingredient in skincare formulas to help prevent from bacteria, mold and fungus contamination.  EWG safety rating is 4 Safety concerns go up as dosage increases.  Completely safe to use in a low dosage as in SeaQuarius Skincare. 

MINERALS: Essential natural structures for the building blocks of life. Minerals are needed for collagen synthesis, connective tissues.  Seaweed in our products is high in specific minerals such as Calcium, Magnesium, and Potassium. EWG safety rating is 1

Niacinamide - A derivative of Vitamin B3.  EWG safety rating is 1

Olea Europaea - Our olive oil is extracted from the ripe fruit of the olive tree.  EWG safety rating is 1

Pancratium maritimum extract - or sea daffodil extract.  EWG safety rating is 1

Panthenol is the provitamin of B5.  Can be found in our "Youthful Aging Seaweed Firming Cream" and acts as a lubricant, emollient and moisturizer because of its ability to penetrate the skin, providing lubrication and hydration  EWG safety rating is 1

Palmitoleic Acid (omega 7 and omega 3) Anti-aging antioxidant. Palmitoleic acid is found in younger skin but diminishes as the body ages. Research suggests palmitoleic acid can assist in cell rejuvenation that helps heal skin.  EWG safety rating is 1

Pearl Crystals - Finely ground pearl is used in our Pearl and Pumice Exfoliator to refine surface skin.  EWG safety rating is 1

Octododecanol - (Liquid Oxygen). EWG safety rating is 4.  Safety concerns go up as dosage levels increase.  Completely safe to use in low quantities as in SeaQuarius Skincare

Porphyra red algae - A cold water seaweed that grows in shallow seawater.  EWG safety rating is 1

Potassium Olivoyl/Lauroyl Aminoacids - A potassium salt of the condensation product of lauric acid chloride and Wheat Amino Acids  EWG safety rating is 1

Potassium Sorbate - A salt of sorbic acid, a naturally occurring antimicrobial compound; used as a preservative  EWG safety rating is 1

Plankton Extract - Provides needed vitamins, minerals, amino acids, micronutrients, and essential fatty acids for the skin to function properly.  EWG safety rating is 1

Propanediol - Viscosity decreasing agent.  EWG safety rating is 1

Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis - has a high acidic content. It primarily contains linoleic, oleic, and palmitic acids or triglycerides. The oil is pale, colorless, or straw-colored in appearance.  EWG safety rating is 1

Pumice - A very light and porous volcanic rock formed when a gas-rich froth of glassy lava solidifies rapidly.  EWG safety rating is 1

Resveratrol (Transresveratrol) -  is a naturally occurring antioxidant that is primarily found in grapes and in red wines.  A powerful antioxidant to lighten the appearance of the skin and has skin protecting qualities.  EWG safety rating is 1  

Sodium Cocoyl Aminoacids - a sodium salt of a mixture of amino acids. A surfactant or cleansing agent.  EWG safety rating is 1

Sorbitan Olivate -  a mild and foamy surfactant based on olive oil and sorbitol.  EWG safety rating is 1
